Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

“The Easy Drive Game” (hereinafter referred to as "the Game") is a promotional game organized by Tata Power Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "we," "our," or "us"). By participating in the Game, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

The Game is open to residents of India who are at least 18 years of age. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Tata Power Company Limited are not eligible to participate.

3. Prizes

Participants who complete the game are eligible to enter a prize draw by filling out the provided form with accurate details. Prizes are subject to availability and Tata Power Company Limited reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal value.

4. Contest Period

The contest will be conducted from 09 to 20 September 2024 and winners will be selected post the completion of the content. The winners will be notified via email or phone. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternative winner may be selected.

5. Data Collection and Privacy

By participating in the Game, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We will use your information for the Game purposes, notify winners, and for marketing purposes. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

6. Game Integrity

Tata Power Company Limited reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of cheating, fraud, or otherwise violating the rules. We also reserve the right to modify or cancel the Game if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tata Power Company Limited is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Game or acceptance of any prize. This includes but is not limited to technical failures, loss of data, or any injury or damage to participants' devices.

8. General Terms

• Any disputes arising from participation in the Game will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
• By participating in the Game, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any decisions made by Tata Power Company Limited , which are final and binding.
• The Contest is being managed by BC Web Wise having experience in handling such contests (hereinafter referred to as the "agency") on behalf of Tata Power Company Limited. The winners will be selected by Tata Power Company Limited.
• The prizes will be offered/delivered within 90 days after the announcement of results. This is subject to change/extension considering the external factors and announcements.
• Tata Power Company Limited reserves the right to alter, modify or change any terms and conditions herein or modify/change, discontinue, terminate, withdraw the Contest at any time during the Period declared above at its sole discretion without prior notice or assigning any reason.
• The decision of Tata Power Company Limited will be final and binding regarding this Contest.
